Who needs coaching?

Life can be difficult to navigate through sometimes and emotions can run high.
We may regret things we have done and said to the people we love. Sometimes, you just don’t understand yourself or your feel as if you are not in control.
At those moments where you need a bit of help and clarity, I am here for you.

Together, we uncover what is at the foundation of your actions, beliefs and convictions and we quickly and gently resolve those that are holding you back.

What kind of issues can I bring?

Any topic where you feel you cannot resolve well, on your own. Think of situations where you feel intense or confused and perhaps experience overwhelming emotions or where you feel you are behaving in a way that you do not understand.

This could be related to your relationships, to work situations, friendships, raising your children, the relationship with your parents or in your dealings with people with whom you do not have a relationship.
Issues could also be related to completing tasks and work, achieving success and every day social situations where you see others navigating those with ease but somehow, you encounter roadblocks. When we find out what is at the core of those roadblocks, we can quickly and gently neutralise those issues.

What kind or emotions and feelings can you help with?

There are 130 emotions and I can help you with all of them. Why? Because the answer to the issue that you are struggling with is already inside of you. It just needs to come forward and be made visible to you.
We do that by neutralising the intensity of your emotions and eliminating beliefs that you have that are limiting of what you think is possible in life and your capacity for transformation. That allows clarity to come forward which will empower you to see the issue for what it is and make choices to either change beliefs, and consequently behaviour, completely naturally.

How do you work? Which methods do you use?

The main technique I use is called Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as Tapping. This method uses acupressure points that we stimulate while we discuss the issue at hand.
The other method used is called Matrix Re-Imprinting and allows us to resolve the emotions in the version of us that lives in the past.
This version of you, which could be you that experienced something with an emotional intensity last week, last year or when you were a young child.

How does EFT Work in a coaching session?

As your EFT coach, I will guide you through the tapping process, helping you to identify and focus on specific emotions or memories. I will provide support and insight, facilitating the release of negative emotions and promoting healing. This collaborative approach ensures that you will feel supported and understood throughout your journey. After having obtained some experience with the process, you will be well placed to apply EFT to yourself when you need it.

How successful are you? What results can I expect?

You set the goals for our sessions, and I will help you in case where you find it difficult to set specific outcomes that you desire. The success rate is very high, and I have yet to encounter someone that I could not help in a significant way.
To make the most of our time in the sessions, we follow a therapeutic structure that ensures that every session is a success for you.
No matter the topic, what you can expect at the end of a session is that you will have clarity around the issue, feel a significant sense of relief and walk with a much lighter heart. Results are compounding and in cases where we work through multiple issues, the benefits are adding up. You will notice this by feeling much freer or liberated, calm, focused, energised and ready to deal with life!

How many sessions will I need?

Together, we will work in each session to achieve your goal as quickly as we can. However, some issues have more layers than others and may require a bit more time to get us to your desired results.
The number of sessions are therefore hard to advise of up front, but after a discovery session (free of charge), I should be able to give you a good idea of the number of sessions needed.

Coaching is an intimate and vulnerable process and you must have confidence in your coach in order to grow and transform. That is why I always start with a free discovery call where we can meet each other, explore the issues you want to work on and to see if we can work together.
